December 31st has never felt like the start of a new year for me. That sense of renewal has always come between March and February, like the feeling of a birthday. Also, this time coincides with my conception, a period known for its emergence of new life—SPRING, (at least for those of us north of the equator)—following the incubation of winter.
In coherence with this energy, our humble, underproduced (thanks iMovie) family diary-vlog makes its debut. This is dedicated to you, Alikai and Numa, one day you will watch and see yourselves through my (our, including papa) eyes. And to all of you here, sharing a glimpse of our truth and journey, may it inspire you, bring laughter, and perhaps even unite us in shared experiences through time-space.
